Born Olatunbosun Olabisi over two decades ago in a Lagos suburb, BossLady is a Nigerian singer, rapper and performer with influences from the likes of Rihanna, Rick Ross, Nicky Minaj, Tiwa Savage and Dbanj.
BossLady started singing at the tender age of six after she was introduced to the church choir which has remained a part of her life. She would later take music professionally this year after toiling with the idea for quite a while. "For me entertainment has always been a part of me. Asides being a member of the choir at a tender age, I was also made the social prefect in Primary and Secondary school even before I took to music professionally", she disclosed in a chat with BBN.
BossLady is a versatile act who does several genres of music ranging from hip-hop, rNb, blues and dance hall. Although she is presently not signed to any record label, BossLady, an undergraduate at National Open University is being promoted by
Style&Pattern and now has two singles which would be up for upload soon.
