Nigeria and Lille Shot stopper Vincent Enyeama is a step closer to becoming the first Goalkeeper to wear the prestigious crown of the Best footballer of the African continent.

 The former Enyimba Fc of Aba safe hand was in the form of his life last season, registering more shut-out than Courtois, Neuer,Hart and other in-form goalkeepers.

 Other contenders for the award are pundits favourite and three time consecutive winner Yaya Toure of Manchester City and Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang whose sensational debut season in the german Bundesliga could not be ignored.
