League leaders Chelsea went to Welsh side Swansea in search of all three points to extend the margin between them and chasers Manchester city, who plays North London side Arsenal fc tomorrow.
It was however a nightmarish first half for Gary Monk's side as his team conceded 4 goals in the first 45 minutes against a rampant Chelsea team aiming for league glory.
Diego Costa scored his 16th and 17th goal of the season to extend his lead on the scorers chart by 3 goals, not forgetting the king of assist Cesc Fabrigas who registered his 15th assists of the season and just 6 assists shy of thiery Henry's record for most assist in a premier league season.
