Prolific Actor/film director, Kunle Afolayan, has been crowned 'Nollywood Man of the Year' at the just concluded The Sun Newspapers awards, held at the prestigious Eko Hotels and Suites on Victoria Island, Lagos.

During the awards, held on Sunday, Kunle Afolayan was given the award based on his contributions to the entertainment industry at large, with productions of blockbuster movies that have been recognised across the globe.
His award winning movies include 'The Figurine', 'Irapada', 'Phone Swap' and 'October 1'.

Music producer and Mavin Record CEO Don Jazzy, also bagged the 'Creative Person of the Year'.
