NFF Denies Nike Deal

The Nigeria Football Federation has described as 'false' news that the country's national teams will now be dressed by US-based sportswear company Nike.
Many news sites on Friday morning claimed that the NFF had agreed with Nike to supply the kits and training equipment for the Super Eagles, Super Falcons, the Dream Team, the Flying Eagles, the Super Falcons, Falconets, the Golden Eaglets and the Flamingoes.
But NFF spokesman Ademola Olajire confirmed that the claims were untrue and the country's football house did not go into any kind of
agreement with the sportswear giant.
That is not true and I'm not aware of that. If the story was real, it would have first been published on the Nigeria Football Federation
website," Olajire said.
Previous provider Adidas had written to the Nigeria Football Federation last August notifying them of their decision not to renew their contract.
