is determined to keep on improving
and aims to become the best shot-

This is my dream, and I'm working hard for this. I'm not yet at my best level, I have many things to work out.

Enyeama led Nigeria to the round of 16 for the first time since 1998 atlast summer's World Cup.
While he finds it hard to choose his
most memorable save, he has fond memories of his late stop to secure the points against Bosnia-Herzegovina.

This picture shows a randy couple who were caught up in the spur of the moment and had sex right next to an Automated Teller Machine.

They attracted the attention of passers-by who stopped and took selfies of themselves as the couple were doing their business.

The incident happened inside a bank in Oviedo, a city in Spain.

Apart from their socks, they were naked during their tryst with their clothes strewn around them.

"They stripped right off for it," said a police spokesman. "This wasn't just a quick fumble."

Even when people had surrounded them laughing, applauding, and taking pictures, the busy couple were not distracted.

The police were called to the scene but seemed too embarrassed to do anything.

Then another team of policemen came around and entered the premises. "Get up and get dressed," barked one officer. "You know this is not the proper time or place to be getting up to this."

A police spokesman later said: "The couple obeyed. We took their details but we have not pressed any charges. I suppose they got carried away in the heat of the moment."

As expected, pictures of the amorous duo later ended up on twitter and another social network site. There were also plenty of puns on the internet about "making a transfer" and "penetrating funds" because of their peculiar choice of mating territory.

Prince Ali is ready to challenge Blatter for Fifa
presidency.  The current vice president says he wants to restore the image of the organisation by shifting focus away from controversy and back to the game itself.

The Fifa vice president is regarded as a genuine reformer and his announcement is set to spark hopes that football governance could be overhauled.

The current president of the Jordan Football Association believes it is time for football headlines to be exclusively focused on what happens on the pitch by cleaning up Fifa's image off it.

Fifa's reputation has been severely tarnished since they awarded the 2022 World Cup to Qatar and the subsequent controversy surrounding the Michael Garcia report into allegations of corruption.

"I am seeking the presidency of Fifa because I believe it is time to shift the focus away from administrative controversy and back to
sport," Al Hussein wrote on Twitter.

This wasn't an easy decision. It came after careful consideration and many discussions with respected Fifa colleagues over the last few
months.

The world's game deserves a world-class governing body — a service organisation and a model of ethics, transparency and good
governance.

Breaking! DSS Uncovers APC's Plan To Hack INEC Database

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is planning to hack the database of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Department of State Security (DSS) has said.

Disclosing its finding on Wednesday, the DSS through Marilyn Ogar, its spokesperson, vowed to pursue the case against the main opposition party to conclusion.

"Recall that on November 24, 2014, this service issued a press statement on a security operation conducted at No 10, Bola Ajibola street, Ikeja, Lagos, on November 22, 2014.

"We wish to note that contrary to the free opinions variously expressed by the APC publicity secretary and a number of uninformed members of the public on the action of the service, truth remains sacred and sacrosanct.

"Accordingly, we wish to state as follows:

"That the DSS received actionable information that a building located at No 10, Bola Ajibola Street, Ikeja, Lagos, was being used for cloning of INEC permanent voter cards (PVCs) by some unscrupulous persons with intent to hack into INEC database, corrupt it and replace same with their own data.

"That upon receiving the said report, the service immediately took appropriate steps to investigate same by first seeking and obtaining a search warrant as required by law. This is contrary to claims by the APC that the building was accessed illegally. On arriving at the building at No 10, Bola Ajibola Street, Ikeja, Lagos, officers of this service found that the building did not have the signpost, banner or flag of any company or political party.

"In the course of investigation, the following discoveries were made: a temporary voter card, a permanent voter card;

"That one of the hard drives recovered from the building contained a video of twenty-one (21) hacking tutorials. The tutorial video focused on the following areas:

"How to become a hacker and steps to take to avoid detection in the process of hacking web servers;

"Steps and procedures of system hacking, passwords cracking, decrypting, escalating access privileges, and creating backdoors to servers.

"It also explicitly explained how to evade security of databases such as Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), firewalls, and other measures put in place to deter hackers;

"The video outlined ways to identify vulnerabilities in systems and how to surreptitiously drop a USB flash drive in a target establishment, which when plugged into any computer, transmits malicious codes enough to gain access into and compromise the entire system of the target organisation; and

"Finally, the video explains how to hack into the systems of media houses, with the aim of broadcasting fake stories or headlines.

"It was also discovered that the APC registered under-aged persons including several infants and babies as members of the party. We know that Article 9.1 of the APC party constitution expressly says: membership of the party shall be open to any citizen of Nigeria who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years and accepts the aims and objectives of the Party."

"Similarly, the APC registered several security personnel from the Nigeria Army (NA), the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) among others, in their uniforms as members of the party.

"Furthermore the APC had multiple registrations of individuals in multiples of 16, 12, and 10.

"Several foreigners were also registered as its members.

"Also, the APC filled forms without passport photographs, and have books containing names of people with their phone numbers.

"Equally discovered were several envelopes containing passport photographs of various individuals."

The service said from its investigations it suspected that there was an elaborate and well articulated plan by the APC to inflate the party's membership data as well as hack into INEC's voter registration database through the creation of party membership forms and cards to match INEC's voter register across the country.

It added: "Facts are sacred and opinion free. The arrested suspects have since been charged to court, and at the moment investigation is still ongoing. We shall update the public of further developments."

Cynthia Morgan @cynthiamorgan1 In Legal Wahala As Court Bans Song After Soul-E's Ex Wife @QueenUre Sued Her

The new song, Popori, by Northside Entertainment signee, Cynthia Morgan, is at the moment experiencing a hitch, as a Federal High Court has passed an injunction restraining the airplay and distribution of the song on account of copyrighted title.

The judgement which was delivered on December 29, 2014, was the outcome of suit no: FHC/L/CS/1987/14, wherein another songstress, Queen Ure claimed the former infringed on the copyright of her earlier song titled Porpori.

Going by the title of the songs which sound alike, the court reasoned that Morgan, an artiste under Jude Okoye's label, cannot continue with that title, as it amounted to passoff.

It therefore ruled that Northside Entertainment Ltd and all other agents, including promoters, Disc Jockeys, radio stations, TV stations and bloggers among others, should desist from further publishing and distributing to the public, the music track/single/album titled Popori by Morgan.

Further on that, the court, among other things has empowered Ure to sue anyone in the business of recording, publishing or distributing the said work.

Ure's first video which was released in November 2012, was titled Porpori, so was her 15-track album launched on December 29, 2012. She later released another video in March 2014, titled Porpori Dance alongside other singles and videos.

According to Ure, the sound recording of all works were registered with the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), for which a copyright certificate was issued to her in March 2013.

Morgan's version, which the court has asked her to relinguish, was released in November 2014, a year after Ure got certificate for her sound recordings.

Speaking on this development, Ure said the reason she went to court was to preserve and protect her intellectual property as well as her contribution to the music industry. She noted that by so doing, artistes will begin to respect each others' works and will also begin to appreciate the act of registering their works, and protected them from infringement.‎

Cynthia would later comment on the sage when she posted..."And some lady named "Ure" sending me a court order for using the word "Popori"lol.. I'm still tryna find out who you are coz google aint got nothing on you"

I would Jail All Corrupt Politicians -Buhari Reiterates At Campaign Flag-off

The All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has assured Nigerians that all corrupt politicians will end up in jail once he is elected into power.

Buhari, who gave the assurance on Tuesday during the APC rally and the presentation of the party's governorship flag to Umana Umana as its candidate in Akwa Ibom State in Uyo, said he would close all loopholes through which money was being siphoned out of the country.

"When we come into power, anyone who steals Nigerian money will end up in Kirikiri Maximum Prisons. We are going to make sure that Nigeria's wealth belongs only to Nigerians," he said.

He decried the overdependence of Nigeria on oil, saying that the country would not have faced the economic downturn if the country had invested in agriculture.

According to Buhari, Nigeria used to export tin and columbite but all of a sudden, it stopped producing and exporting these minerals with the belief that the country has oil.

On the power sector, Buhari stated that many industries had shut down operation because of epileptic power supply. He noted that Nigerian producers were not able to compete in the international market because of huge cost of generating alternative power.

Buhari, who was a former military Head of State, assured Nigerians that his government would create over three million jobs yearly to take care of the jobless youths.

The Rivers State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, who is also the Director General, Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, said he was ashamed to read on the pages of newspapers a story credited to the Peoples Democratic Party that things had improved in Nigeria from 2011 onward.

He added that governors decided that the excess crude money be shared because of the missing cash that was involved.

Amaechi said, "I was ashamed to read on the pages of newspapers, where the PDP said things had improved from 2011 till now.

"Oil price used to be between $120 and $145 before now. Our savings used to be between $45 and $46bn. We had over $10bn to $20bn in excess crude. The reason why the governors asked that excess crude be shared was that after each meeting we had, if the money was $10bn, before we come back for another meeting, it would be $8bn. Who has taken the $2bn? We did not know.

"When we discovered that our money was being taken away with reckless abandon without accounting, it was then we asked, 'Oga, please share this money. You are not a bank. And if it were a bank, it would add more to the money."

Amaechi urged members of the party in the state to go to their units and educate the people. He asked the people to make sure that their votes count after voting, so that the PDP government would be voted out of power.‎

Forget Postponement Of February Polls -INEC Insists

No comments :

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, yesterday, rebuffed entreaties to postpone next month's round of elections, saying it was financially and mentally set for the polls.

The commission, nevertheless, affirmed that the go-ahead for elections in the troubled Northeast would be given by security agencies.
Also yesterday, the Inspector General of Police, Sulieman Abba, vowed to deal with errant politicians who heat up the polity through negative utterances, saying he would show to them that no one could be above the law.
The assertions at a workshop for the training of security agencies ahead of the general elections came as INEC said the conduct of election in the troubled Northeast would be determined by the counsel of security agencies.

Chairman, INEC Electoral Training Institute, Dr Ishmaeal Igbani, who spoke on behalf of the commission in giving the readiness of the commission for the polls said the commission was comfortable with the fund it has at its disposal at the moment.
He said: "Anytime there is election in Nigeria, there is always some form of tension. I have been around for a while and I don't think it is something new. I don't think people should be afraid. But it is also essential that we get ready just in case."

Lagos pastor, Tunde Bakare had last Sunday called for the postponement of the elections for the purpose of allowing tension among political gladiators to ebb.
According to him, "it is also very important that we have peaceful elections, it is also important that voters come out to vote without fear. It is also important that the personnel who will work for us and the environment itself is peaceful and for it to be peaceful, it is important for the security agencies to be alert and ensure that they do what they are supposed to do."

He said a minimum of 50 personnel were being trained, adding: "We call this cascade training. After this training of trainers who will now go to their various security organisations to train others and so forth which will go down the line in that way. More will be trained in a more cheaper way."

Elections in North-East
Speaking on the possibility of conducting elections in the North-East, he said: "Our work in the commission is to conduct elections; other people have been given that assignment. They are in a better position to answer that. But what I can tell you is that once the coast is clear we will hold elections.
On the alleged paucity of funds by the commission to conduct elections, he said: "We are comfortable with what we have. I am just hearing of that for the first time. Nobody will postpone election. Why will it be postponed?"

Commenting on the prospect of internally displaced persons in the Northeast voting, he said the INEC committee charged with finding a solution to the issue had yet to submit its report.
Police warn politicians
Meanwhile, the Inspector General of Police, speaking through the Commissioner of Police in charge of Election Monitoring, Mohammed Ghanzali, said the police, being the leading security agency for all elections, will enforce the rule of the law.
He said: "If you (political actors) commit any offence, the agencies here will go back and ensure they cascade what they have learnt here today and you will be arrested and dealt with accordingly. So the politicians must play by the rules."
Referring specifically to politicians planning to cause trouble in the course of the elections, he said: "The only thing is that we are going to deal with anybody that thinks he is above the law. All I am saying is that politicians should obey the law.
"We are to make sure that we secure the area as the leading agency for election. We have nothing to say other than for them to obey the rules of the law. If they don't obey the rules of law, we will deal with them in accordance with the law."

Number of policemen to be deployed
On the number of policemen that would be deployed for the 2015 elections, he said: "The population of the area depends on the polling units and the security agencies we have around. The commissioner of police in the state will be the one to deploy. He knows what is on the ground."

On partisanship
Responding to allegations that the police was partisan, in favour of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, he said: "The police can never be partisan, that is why we are here as the lead agency to ensure that we secure the area. If they want the police to be partisan, they would not have been called to ensure the security of the area.
"All those that are voting have the party they want to vote for. So they have sympathy for the parties they want to vote for. We are just there to ensure there is law and order and that every stakeholder plays by the rules."

The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has dispelled rumors making the rounds on the Internet that he was planning to marry a 17-year daughter of the Lamido of Adamawa.

The Emir, a former Central Bank Governor of Nigeria who was forced out of office by President Goodluck Jonathan after he blew the whistle on billions of dollars in oil revenues that were reportedly not deposited by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), denied the marriage rumors while responding to questions sent by SaharaReporters via text messages and routed through one of his aides.

Responding to a question about marriage between adult men and underage girls, the Emir of Kano stated that he fully supports the right of children not to get forcibly married before attaining the constitutionally stipulated age of 18 years.

He further stated that he has not and will not contract a marriage with any woman under 18.

He said the stories making the rounds were only meant to know his intentions. While not totally ruling out the possibility of marrying a fourth wife, the Emir advised people to wait to see the real age of his wife if he decides to contract another marriage.‎

Court Dissolves 18-Year Old Marriage Over Wife's Owambe Lifestyle..."my husband also sleeps with a tenant"

An Igando Customary Court in Lagos on Tuesday dissolved the 18-year-old marriage between Mr Olukayode Atolagbe and his wife, Bisi over her frequent partying.

The court's president, Mr R.I. Adeyeri said that all efforts to reconcile both parties failed, and the court had no choice than to dissolve the union.
"Both parties are no longer husband and wife, they are free to go their separate ways,'' Adeyeri ruled.

The petitioner, Mr Olukayode Atolagbe, 47, had filed a suit seeking for the dissolution of his 18-year-old marriage over his wife's alleged frequent partying.
"My wife hardly stays at home as she frequently goes from one party to another, both on weekdays and at weekends.

"She cannot do without attending three to four parties a week; sometimes she will go for days without bothering about what the children will eat," Atolagbe said.
He described his wife as a "fighter and a trouble maker," saying that she always fought their tenants and even himself in public, to the extent of tearing his clothes.

"Before I built my house, our landlords always eject us from our apartments due to my wife's frequent fighting with either the landlords' wives or fellow tenants," he said.
Olukayode said that his wife would strip herself Unclad to swear on him, and that such curses had affected his life and businesses.

He begged the court to separate them, saying that he could no longer cope with her behaviour and that he did not love her anymore.
In her response, Bisi Atolagbe, 40, accused her husband of sleeping with one of their tenants.

"My husband is having an affair, I caught him red-handed with one of our tenants,'' the mother of four told the court.

She, however, did not contest the allegation of frequently attending parties.
"Yes, I attend parties a lot, especially those organised by my friends, relatives and my customers, so that they can continue to patronise me."
She said that her husband wanted to kill her, and that he once put a charm at her doorstep.

"If not for God that woke me up, I would have been dead by now. I sighted my husband dropping something at my door, I asked him what he was dropping and he said it was rat poison.

"But we had never seen any rat in the house, by the time I came down from my bed to see what he dropped, he had picked the thing and ran back to his room," she said.

The respondent said that her husband could not take any decision of his own except he first consulted with his family.

Bisi also accused her husband of starving her of sex, saying that he last slept with her in March 2014.

She, however, begged the court not to grant her husband's wish and that she still loved him.‎

Seven luxury buses and six mini buses were lost by G.U.O. Transport Company Ltd during an inferno in Onitsha, Anambra State, on Monday.

It was also learnt that other property worth about one billion naira were destroyed.

The incident occurred at the headquarters of the company near the former toll gate, at the Ogbunike axis of Onitsha-Enugu Expressway.

Although the Chairman of the company, Chief Godwin Okeke, could not be reached, G.U.O.'s spokesman Augustine Okigbo described the incident as unfortunate.

Conducting reporters round the company, he said the fire started about 5pm and was caused by an explosion, which occurred when a tanker was discharging diesel into a ground tank.

Okigbo said workers and sympathisers attempted to put it out before men of the Anambra State Fire Service from Okpoko and Onitsha Main Market arrived.

He said although they tried to stop the fire, they were handicapped by lack of equipment.

Okigbo urged the government to equip G.U.O. and other companies with fire-fighting equipment.

He confirmed that the company incurred losses and appealed to customers not to panic, as the company would render quality services as usual.‎

Breaking! Niger Delta Militants; MEND Support Buhari Presidency

No comments :

Add BBN on 2BAFB965

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives' Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), on Tuesday gained an unusual support as the main agitating militant group in the Niger Delta, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), pledged its total support for the former military ruler.

MEND, in a lengthy press statement circulated through email by its spokesperson, Jomo Gbomo, anchored its decision on the need to deliver Nigeria, especially the Niger Delta region, from the crunching effects of corruption.

It also lamented the unconcerned attitude of the President Goodluck Jonathan's administration at the unrelenting degradation of the Niger Delta environment, taking a hard stance on the increasing level of oil theft in the region.

President Jonathan, according to MEND, does not deserve a second more in the Presidency.

The group also commended Buhari for proposing to scrap the office of the First Lady, which it considered to be a drain on the nation's resources and a conduit through which corrupt government officials stole across all levels of government.

It said, "The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) has, upon careful consideration of the state of the nation, endorses and fully supports the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Gen. Mohammadu Buhari.

"Our decision to throw our full support on Gen. Mohammadu Buhari stems from the pathetic state in which the country has been put by the government of Goodluck Jonathan and our strong believe in Buhari as the man and change the country needs.

"President Goodluck Jonathan does not deserve a second more in the Presidency as soon as his tenure expires as he has continuously and blatantly disregarded the very people who voted him into office.

"A President that told Nigerian to their faces that he does not 'give a damn' when asked to declare his assets. A requirement that is constitutional on assuming the office of the President.

"President Jonathan, since assuming his office, has setup countless committees, whose reports have never been implemented. From the Nuhu Ribadu report to the KPMG and fuel subsidy reports, just to mention a few.

"How can Nigerians expect a highly corrupt person like Goodluck Jonathan to fight corruption when he believes that stealing is not corruption, as he shamelessly told the Nation?

"He has proven beyond all reasonable doubt, his inability to tackle corruption or prosecute a single government official in his six years in office.

"MEND finds it laughable the recent statement by Goodluck Jonathan on his government's plan to fight corruption. This statement not only smacks of ignorance of the highest order, but also shows just how stupid he thinks Nigerians are. A president that had six years to tackle the problem but chose to shield corrupt government officials, joined in the looting of our resources and now has the temerity to say his government has a plan to fight corruption. This is a big slap in the face of every single Nigerian!

"We re-state our disregard and lack of confidence in President Goodluck Jonathan. Rather than address the perennial issues in the country responsible for his administrations failures, he is concentrating government funds in a campaign of misinformation intended to hoodwink Nigerians who, unfortunately for him, are now wiser and smarter than he is.

"Goodluck Jonathan's actions, utterances and arrogance prove that he is totally disconnected with the situation facing the ordinary Nigerian and completely out of touch with reality."
