JIMI AGBAJE EXPOSES HIS INEXPERIENCE ON CHANNELS TV INTERVIEW
The People's Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in Lagos, Mr Jimi Agbaje displayed his poor understanding of governance, inexperience and lack of ideas to improve the lot of Lagosians at an interview on Channels Television. At best, Agbaje succeeded in convincing viewers that he actually does not have a plan to solve the problems he says Lagosians are faced with. He was at his evasive best during an interview session on a Channels TV programme, Straight Talk With Kadaria.
The interview seemingly went on well until Mr. Agbaje was asked to clear the air as regards the irregularities and rigging issues that surrounded his emergence from the PDP primary elections. After all attempts to evade the question Agbaje ended up with an unconvincing retort. He fumbled further by giving bland answers when questioned about his plans and programmes for Lagos state, answers that were far short of bold.
The PDP guber candidate infuriated a majority of the viewers by defending the incumbent government at the centre based merely on ethnic sentiments, saying that the South-south deserves another 4 years of rule insinuating that people of the area do not shut down the economy if Jonathan does not win. He unable to mention an achievement of the present administration and goofed further by when trying give excuses in support of the PDP as regards the Boko haram situation.
The aspect that would be most worrisome to Lagosians was his inability to profer articulate programmes and plans for Lagos. For someone who claims to have bold idess he came across as lame and lacking in ideas and experience. He kept on evading direct questions and rather than sell his own ideas ended up promoting the work of the incumbent APC government.
The interview laid credence to the APC's call for voters to vote for experience. Agbaje showed that he did not have a grasp of how government works.
The social media immediately went agog with reactions to the interview. Most people expressed disappointment and disaffection at the discordant and inexperience-laden responses given by Agbaje. One of such comments on a popular blog stated that, "I watched Jimi Agbaje interview on channels tv tonight and I was baffled by some of his words. He said and I quote "For the unity of nigerians the south-south (Jonathan area) should have 4 more years". So it is not about competence again? He also said as a politician his job is to tell people to vote and not refrain from crisis. This Agbaje is one useless man who can not be allowed to govern Lagos state. Let us vote wisely."

The singer who was speaking on TV programme on Restoration, said she is confident stories about the 'Holy son of God' were made up.

According to her, Jesus's story is an imitation of that of Horus whom according to her "research", predates Jesus.

Female Police Officer Accidentally Shoots Herself Dead While Adjusting Bra

55-year-old Christina Bond fatally shot herself to death after accidentally discharging a loaded handgun while adjusting it in her bra holster.
Officers responded to a Lake Michigan home and found her with a gunshot wound to the eye, Though a complete autopsy report is not yet available, St. Joseph Public Safety detectives released new details of the woman's death Wednesday.
'She was having trouble adjusting her bra holster, couldn't get it to fit the way she wanted it to,' Mark Clapp, director of St. Joseph Public Safety, told reporters.
'She was looking down at it and accidentally discharged the weapon.'
The mother-of-two was taken to a local hospital then airlifted to another where she died as a result of her injuries.
Bond spent two years in the US Navy after high school and was an active military police officer.

The wife of Nollywood actor, Jide kosoko, Henrietta Kosoko, was involved recently in an accident along Sagamu-Abeokuta road that nearly took her life.
Speaking to Encomium magazine, she narrated her ordeal and her gratitude;
"I went to Abeokuta for TAMPPAN national meeting on Thursday. I decided to stay over because my friend who was having a remembrance for her husband. I left Abeokuta around past 11am the following day. I got to a place they call Kobape. I was about climbing a bump when I noticed that the car brake was faulty. When I couldn't find a solution to it, I had to look for where to hit, so I ran into the bush. That was all I could remember. I woke up in the hospital.
"I did a check up before I traveled. I serviced the car. I took the car to Ladipo a few days before I traveled and changed some parts. I even took it to the filling station for brake oil. The car was sound, it didn't give any faulty sign at all. This has taught me a lot. One of them is never to travel alone. I thank God for saving my life."

I didn't endorse Buhari -Oba Akiolu...says God preserved Obasanjo's life to punish him

The Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, says former President Olusegun Obasanjo's recent accusation against the President Goodluck Jonathan administration smacks of hypocrisy.
The monarch said this while fielding questions from journalists at the inauguration of four naval warships in Lagos on Thursday.
Akiolu said Obasanjo illegally withheld the state's allocation for several months and refused to release it even after the Supreme Court ordered him to do so.
He said, "If I want to do something, I don't pretend. God gives many people long life so that they can get enough punishment. Let me tell you something; all the injustices they committed against Lagos State from 1999 to 2007, God Almighty is punishing them now.
"All the accusations former President Obasanjo is making now, he initiated them, nurtured them and masterminded them and now he is complaining. God has a way of doing something. More are still coming."
Akiolu, who endorsed the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, last year, said he would continue to support Ambode.
He, however, denied endorsing the presidential candidate of the APC, Maj.-Gen Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
He said, "For the presidency, I support the best person. If I want to do something, I do not pretend, God Almighty will give the presidency to the people Nigerians want to do the best for this country."
"I have my reason for supporting Ambode and I do not hide it. I acted in God's wisdom and picked Akinwunmi Ambode and by the grace of God, he will be the next governor of this state."
On the postponement of the elections, he said the reason given by the Independent National Electoral Commission was acceptable, adding that he was hopeful the elections would hold as scheduled.
He said, "It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure we have free, fair, credible and acceptable general elections.
"God gives leadership to whomever he wants. When the time comes, no human being can stop it. So many things are going wrong in this country now."

He said, "If I want to do something, I don't pretend. God gives many people long life so that they can get enough punishment. Let me tell you something; all the injustices they committed against Lagos State from 1999 to 2007, God Almighty is punishing them now.
"All the accusations former President Obasanjo is making now, he initiated them, nurtured them and masterminded them and now he is complaining. God has a way of doing something. More are still coming."
Akiolu, who endorsed the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, last year, said he would continue to support Ambode.
He, however, denied endorsing the presidential candidate of the APC, Maj.-Gen Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
He said, "For the presidency, I support the best person. If I want to do something, I do not pretend, God Almighty will give the presidency to the people Nigerians want to do the best for this country."
"I have my reason for supporting Ambode and I do not hide it. I acted in God's wisdom and picked Akinwunmi Ambode and by the grace of God, he will be the next governor of this state."
On the postponement of the elections, he said the reason given by the Independent National Electoral Commission was acceptable, adding that he was hopeful the elections would hold as scheduled.
He said, "It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure we have free, fair, credible and acceptable general elections.
"God gives leadership to whomever he wants. When the time comes, no human being can stop it. So many things are going wrong in this country now."

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Mr Jimi Agbaje, on Thursday, tasked the state government to pay striking medical doctors in the state without delay.
Agbaje, a pharmacist, spoke against the backdrop of the warning strike embarked upon by doctors in the employment of the state.
In a statement issued on his behalf by his Media Aide, Mr Remi Adefulu, Agbaje argued that with its eye on a mega-city status, Lagos deserved seamless health services.
He described the strike as one too many. "My heart bleeds over this avoidable strike because I find it unbelievable that the state is making the poor masses suffer unduly due to a minor issue like salaries, which is the right of every worker," he said.
He hinged his assessment on the fact that residents in the state had gone through untold hardship, having suffered the effects of incessant strikes in the health sector in the last six months. "Government the world over is about the people, but are the people not the ones suffering?.
"Something urgent should be done by government to alleviate their sufferings and prevent avoidable deaths." he said.
Agbaje promised to improve health services, if voted into office. "Let me assure Lagosians that hope is on the way, as our administration knows the importance of a healthy people to national development," he said.
"As I have said repeatedly during our campaigns, our administration shall introduce a free health insurance scheme that would be beneficial to Lagosians and service providers.

Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, says the state government is ready to provide an enabling environment for free and fair general elections in the state.
Fayose while speaking on a live radio and television programme, in Ado Ekiti, urged the opposition All Progressives Congress to allow peace to reign in the country.
The Governor while responding to questions said,
"As far as we are concerned in the state and even in my party, the Peoples Democratic Party, we are ready for the general elections if they are to hold today. I am assuring all that we will ensure a peaceful conduct of the polls and I am appealing to the opposition to allow peace to reign.
"The APC should also do away with undue propaganda. For instance, what they did not plead in their petition to the tribunal, they wanted to smuggle in. I have challenged them to go to court and prove their allegation of audio clip of where the military was used to rig the election of June last year.
"The victory at the Court of Appeal is for Ekiti people. Any action or propaganda is against the wish of the people. The President is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria and he has the power to deploy the military anywhere in the country.
"When the military is used in elections and APC wins, it is good. The Appeal Court only played to the gallery. The President reserves the right to deploy the military anywhere in the country."
Fayose also said the distribution of Permanent Voter Cards was a factor in the postponement of the elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
He said it was funny that before the postponement, Lagos had a low distribution rate while the troubled northeastern states had a high distribution rate.

No PVC, no communion, popular pastor tells congregation

The presiding pastor of Victory Cathedral Fellowship Center, Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Rev. Uma Ukpai during a church service in Uyo announced today, thursday that the church will not give holy communion for members who had not collected their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
In his words the clergy said that it was unpatriotic for any Nigerian eligible voter not to participate in the electoral process. He therefore called on Nigerians to use the opportunity provided by the rescheduling of the elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to collect their PVCs to enable them choose their leaders through the polls.
While urging politicians to make the forthcoming election a violence free, Ukpai said,

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu yesterday declared that the ruling People's Democratic Party can't rig out its Presidential Candidate, Muhammadu Buhari this time while expressing his confidence of his party's victory in next general elections.
Asiwaju stated this while speaking at a stakeholders meeting of Lagos APC insisted that May 29 remains sacrosanct, stressing that the 'APC has won the elections, except they rig on the other side.'
He said no amount of intimidation and treats from the presidency and the PDP will shake APC ahead of the elections.
"We are ready for the elections. They think they are wise by postponing the elections, but they are not. APC has won this election except they rig on the other side. All their intimidation will amount to nothing during the elections. They tried to intimidate us during last year Osun State governorship election but they failed. We will be on the street waiting for them. Since they brought soldiers to my house, I have been sleeping very well because I am not afraid of them.
"We have been working hard in Abuja. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) must use the card readers whether they like it. PDP doesn't want it but we are going to resist their plan. They cannot rig us out. March 28 is sacrosanct but before then we are going to ensure we get highest of our voters Permanent Voters' Cards (PVCs).

Mario Balotelli has thanked Jordan Henderson for letting him take the match-winning penalty in his side's triumph over Besiktas in the

President Jonathan, Nigerian Military Insists Elections Must Hold As Planned

President Goodluck Jonathan and the Defence Headquarters have assured Nigerians that efforts were being intensified to ensure that the general elections were held on March 28 and April 11 as scheduled by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Their assurances came barely 24 hours after INEC Chairman, Attahiru Jega, said he was not in a position to guarantee the sanctity of the new election dates.
Jega, who was at the Senate to brief members on the electoral body's preparedness for the elections had been asked to state categorically if the dates were sacrosanct.
Avoiding being committal, he replied, "I have said consistently that there are things under the control of the electoral commission and there are things that are not under the control of the electoral commission. For things that are under our control, I can give definite and categorical assurances…."There are certain questions that we are not really competent to answer. Certain questions should be directed to the military, they can answer them better.''
But Jonathan, while inaugurating four naval platforms at the Naval Dockyard in Lagos on Thursday, said, "We must conduct our elections as scheduled by INEC because within this period, we are convinced that we will return to a time when the activities of extremists will not affect our elections."
He added at the ceremony that was attended by the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice- Admiral Usman Jibrin; the Chief of Army Staff, Maj. Gen. Kenneth Minimah; the Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice-Marhsal Adesola Amosu, and the InspectorGeneral of Police, Suleiman Abba, that he was optimistic that the military would soon end insurgency in the North-East.
He added, "Let me use this platform to promise my good countrymen and women that we will rout Boko Haram. We are working hard day and night and I have directed that Nigerians be briefed regularly.
"The technical capacities of our men in the air force and army have been improved and we are pleased with what is happening. We commend the Chief of Defence Staff and all the services for what they are doing. We also commend other senior naval officers and ratings for this event."
In Abuja, the Director of Defence Information, Maj.-Gen. Chris Olukolade, told The PUNCH that the military was doing everything possible to ensure that the elections were not delayed again.
He, however, advised other stakeholders to work to achieve the country's objectives.
"The military will continue to work frantically towards the nation's desire to achieve the peaceful and conducive atmosphere that will enable normal socio- economic and political life including elections to take place," Olukolade said in an SMS.
"Please let all other stakeholders, including politicians, electoral officials and the media also work honestly and conscientiously to achieve the nation's objectives. After all, security, as the saying goes, is everyone's business," he added.
Before Jonathan and Olukolade spoke, some Senators said that going by Jega's statement, there was the need for the service chiefs to be invited by the Senate to reassure Nigerians that there would not be further extension of the elections.
The lawmakers, in separate interviews in Abuja, said the INEC chief's comment had raised concerns by many Nigerians that the polls might be shifted again.
The Senators are Aisha Al-Hassan, Babafemi Ojudu, Babajide Omoworare; Bukola Saraki and Ita Enang.
Al-Hassan said, "since Jega said it was difficult for him to guarantee the sanctity of the poll dates, the service chiefs should be invited to convince Nigerians that the situation in the North -East would be controlled before the poll dates."
Saraki said, "It is still back to that issue of security which he has said he doesn't have the powers neither does he have an answer. Since he said we should direct that question to the appropriate quarters, I think that further emphasises what we were saying.
"The National Assembly still needs to bring the service chiefs to give us the assurance."
On his own part, Enang said, "On the question of security for the elections, each person has his own duty, INEC says it is prepared and if we have concern about any other agency, it is for us to interact with that agency."
Omoworare and Ojudu said the best way to avoid tension over Jega's position was for the service chiefs to appear before the senate and give firm commitments.
Also on Thursday, the Trade Union Congress and two prominent lawyers – Femi Falana and Jiti Ogunye – in separate interviews with our correspondents, warned that Nigerians would resist a further delay of the polls.
The TUC President, Bala Kaigama, noted that there were court judgments that barred the military from polling units.
He said, "The security agencies requested six weeks, and Nigerians have decided to tolerate the six weeks. We hope that after the six weeks, they will not call for an extension.
"Nigerians will not tolerate another extension. Let them work within the committal they made to INEC. They should work within the six weeks they asked for. They should ensure that after the six weeks, the elections are held in the country."
Falana and Ogunye faulted Jega's claim that he could not guarantee the holding of the elections without security assurance by the military.
They argued that his position ran contrary to recent court judgments barring the involvement of soldiers in the conduct of elections in the country.
Falana said, "I wish to state, without any fear of contradiction, that by virtue of section 215 of the 1999 Constitution, the maintenance of internal security, including law and order during elections, is the exclusive constitutional responsibility of the Nigeria Police Force.
"It was therefore erroneous on the part of Jega to state that only the military could guarantee security during the forthcoming elections.
"Once INEC has discharged its constitutional duty of fixing election dates, the onus is on the Police to provide security and maintain law and order. Since election is not a military duty, the Police Force is at liberty to collaborate with other law enforcement agencies like the Nigeria Customs Service, Nigerian Civil Defence Corps, Nigerian Prisons Service, etc."
Falana recalled , "In the last couple of weeks, in two separate judgments, both the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal ruled that the armed forces have no role to play in the management of elections in Nigeria."
Ogunye said, "Jega perhaps meant to say that he and his commission were ready for the elections on their part but that INEC does not have the power over security.
"Jega ought to have been guided by the previous decisions of our courts – the Federal High Court in Sokoto and the appeal panel on the election petitions on Ekiti State governorship election – which have both said the military has no role in the conduct of elections.
"The police and other civil authorities are to provide security during civil exercise like elections."
Also, the President of Nigerian Voters Assembly, Mashood Erubami, who described Jega's statement as sensitive, said, "Determination of our election timetable by the military under a civilian administration is unacceptable."

Everton seized a massive advantage in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 tie by beating Young Boys 4-1 in Switzerland with Romelu Lukaku hitting a hat-trick.

Everton seized a massive advantage in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 tie by beating Young Boys 4-1 in Switzerland with Romelu Lukaku hitting a hat-trick.
Everton attacked from the outset and, even with only 10 minutes gone, Guillaume Hoarau's excellent opening goal for the hosts came
against the run of play, with Roberto Martinez's men hitting back before too long.
A header from Lukaku evened things up in the 24th minute before Seamus Coleman secured the lead moments later by finishing off a

Oyo Guber Candidate, Seyi Makinde Says His Support For Jonathan Not Financially Motivated

Seyi Makinde, Social Democratic Party's governorship candidate in Oyo State, has debunked speculations that he was approached by the Presidency and leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party with financial inducement to support President Goodluck Jonathan's candidacy in the coming election.
Makinde had left the PDP to become the SDP governorship candidate in the aftermath of the crisis that attended the conduct of the results of the state ward congress of the PDP.
Makinde while talking with newsmen in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital said,
"I don't know how the rumour was generated, I don't even know if something close to it ever happened. But the truth is that I was never approached by anyone from the Presidency with financial inducement to support President Jonathan. I am equally sure that the SDP as a party in Oyo State did not take money from Jonathan and PDP agents or representatives to support the President. At least, nothing like that has been brought to my knowledge.
"At this point in the nation's polity, only the electorate will decide what they want. They are much more involved with the political activities around them than before. They know where to go and I don't think money given to a politician or political party will have functional influence on their choice."

Fresh Trouble For Obanikoro As APC Senators Move To Stop Ministerial Appointment

The All Progressives Congress members in the Senate on Thursday said they were resolved to stop the re-appointment of Senator Musiliu Obanikoro as minister following his alleged indictment in the use of the military to rig the Ekiti governorship election in June last year.
APC Senate Caucus spokes person, Babafemi Ojudu, who spoke with news correspondents in Abuja, explained that other senators from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party were also being co-opted into the struggle.
He said APC senators had started mobilising themselves to frustrate Obanikoro's clearance and approval for fresh appointment.
Ojudu in his words said,
"We will do everything possible to stop Obanikoro from being cleared as a minister. Ordinarily, being a former senator he is expected to take a bow and receive automatic clearance but in the present circumstance he has serious issues to clear.
"In a normal society, he should have been picked by security agents and quizzed over his involvement in the criminal act of using the military to subvert a democratic process.
"This is a man who used the name of President Goodluck Jonathan to intimidate and harass military officers. He even threatened to determine the fate of the soldier, as the then Minister of State for Defence, if he failed to carry out the alleged rigging plot.
"It is not only the APC senators that are involved in this struggle; senators from other political parties who are genuine democrats have pledged their loyalty for the noble cause. "

Buhari Pledges To Declare Assets If Elected

Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.), has stated in a document released on Thursday that he would publicly declare his assets and liabilities, if voted into power and it would be done in his first 100 days in office if he assumes power on may 29.
He also said he would encourage political appointees in his administration to also declare their assets publicly.
If GMB keeps to his promise, he will be the second Nigeria's President to publicly declare his assets after Alhaji Umaru Yar'Adua also from kastina state as GMB, who did the same by declaring his assess publicly, immediately he resumed office.
This action forced his then deputy, who is now the President Goodluck Jonathan, to also make his assets declaration forms available to the public.
Buhari, in the document which he titled, "I pledge to Nigeria" also said that all his political appointees would only earn salaries and allowances as prescribed by the Revenue and Mobilisation and Fiscal Allocation Commission.
In his words, he said,
"I pledge to publicly declare my assets and liabilities, encourage all my appointees to publicity declare their assets and liabilities as a pre-condition for appointment.
"All political appointees will only earn the salaries and allowances determined by the Revenue Mobilisation and Fiscal Allocation Commission (RMFAC)."

Jigawa Gov, PDP Chairman Meets Over Obasanjo's Departure

The Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido and the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu, met in Abuja on Wednesday on how to convince former President Olusegun Obasanjo to return to the party.
Investigations by our correspondent in Abuja on Thursday indicated that the meeting took place at the Abuja residence of Mu'azu.
The meeting, it was learnt, was at the instance of Mu'azu, who was said to be worried about the political implications of Obasanjo's decision to dump the PDP.
Obasanjo, while announcing his decision to leave the party where he was once its Chairman of Board of Trustees, on Monday, also ordered that his membership card be torn to shreds.
At the meeting between the governor and the national chairman of the party, it was learnt that Mu'azu expressed sadness over the turn of events in the party, which has been ruling since the country returned to democratic rule in 1999.
One of the aides of the chairman, who was at the meeting, said the former governor of Bauchi State was "visibly sad that the once-cohesive party" was becoming a joke in the country.
It was learnt that at the meeting, the national chairman of the party sought the opinion of Lamido on how to approach the tirade being thrown by the former President at the party and its Presidential candidate, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.
The chairman's aide, who spoke with our correspondent on the condition of anonymity, said that the governor warned the party against trading accusations with the former President.
Lamido is considered as one of the governors very close to the former President.
The chairman's said, "The governor warned the party against fighting the former President. He also asked Mu'azu to warn some members of the party, including a governor from the southern part of the country to stop abusing the former President.
"He told the chairman that the party and the President do not have the capacity to fight the President, saying that before the former President would open his mouth to say a word, he has his facts.
"Besides, he added that there are other sympathisers of the former President in the party and that any attempt to rubbish him (Obasanjo)would make many of them uncomfortable."
But the party has said it would not relent in its desire to have the former President return to its fold.
The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Olisa Metuh, who spoke with our correspondent in Abuja on Thursday, said that having led the party to victories in the past, it would be wrong for the party to let its former chairman of Board of Trustees leave like that.

General Buhari Off To London, To Deliver Lecture
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, is to address the Royal Institute of International Affair, Chatham House, in London during his short visit to the United Kingdom.
A statement issued by the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation said that Buhari who left Abuja for UK on Thursday on a short working visit is expected to hold meetings with key members of the British political establishment and interact with some global institutions with stakeholder interest in the affairs of Nigeria.
The organisation also said in a statement signed by its spokesman, Mallam Garba Shehu that it has evidence that a top management staff of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is behind the hate campaigns against its presidential candidate and his family aired in the recent documentary by African Independent Television and Nigeria Television Authority.
Shehu said the campaign office has confirmed that the agency was the sponsor of all the dirty campaigns against the APC presidential candidate on AIT, NTA and several other media platforms.
While saying that the action contravenes the NIMASA Act, the Public Service Regulations, and the Independent National Electoral Commission Act 2010 as amended, among others, the APC decried the situation where a government agency uses public funds to sponsor a campaign of calumny against its candidate, which it said is not only illegal, but should also be condemned.
He said that the action should be investigated by the Joint Committees of the National Assembly on Marine Transportation, stressing that if these claims were found to be true, disciplinary action should be taken against the agency and its leadership.
The statement said: "It is a well known fact that the Director General of the Agency, Mr. Ziakede Patrick Akpobolokemi was President Goodluck Jonathan's and a well-known ex-militant's errand boy.
"He was appointed there for the sole aim of satisfying an ex-militant's camp, an assignment he has carried out well to the satisfaction of those who put him there through the award of a concessionaire phantom PPP project.
"Under this contract, a certain company, (Global West Vessels Specialists Ltd) was handed the legal responsibility of the Nigerian Navy of protecting the Nation's Waterway and NIMASA's Maritime Security function to the surprise of all industry observers and yet fail woefully in offering the necessary protection for the theft of Nigerian Crude Oil, which has only increased since then among other sea related crimes."
