This time, it is no other person than 'Baba Oloye' himself, Dayo D1 Adeneye who BlackBox Nigeria gathered is now vying for a sit at the Ogun State House Of Assembly.
The UN ambassador who is a co-founder of reputable Kennis Music is seeking to represent the good people of Odogbolu Constituency at the house.
BlackBox Nigeria could not immediately get D1 for comments but a source close to him disclosed that the legendary broadcaster is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that his ambition becomes reality.
BBN further uncovered that the ace broadcaster might be making an official declaration later today.

Dan Foster, Nigerian-based American On-Air Personality, in a recent interview discloses his weed smoking experience and his relationship with Nigerian ladies
Did you ever smoke weed?
Yes. I remember one time I smoked weed and my father came in and asked me, 'what is that stupid look on your face? You must have been smoking that stupid stuff because you look so stupid!' I never smoked it again. But I was even 18. But my son was 14 when he started smoking weed. I was so pissed with his mum because she didn't even know what he was doing. Now, I am trying to get his head together and make sure he does well in school. My only pain is that I needed to have been there for this kid. But I have three kids now and I love them to death.
Was your absence the major reason he did drugs?
I could have communicated more with him. He needs a role model. I spoke to my ex's new guy and I asked him why he didn't watch over him. He said he tried to talk to him. I told him I was annoyed with them. I told him I would have watched over the kid and found out who he was hanging out with. He told me he was hanging out with a white kid. But he is doing better now. He is communicating with me now.
Why did you marry a Nigerian?
My father told me that my ex had moved on. In fact, he told me then that she looked heavy. I asked what he meant and I was told she was pregnant. I knew she had really moved on. But then, I didn't marry again till almost four or five years later. I was taking my time after that. It wasn't something I wanted to jump into. But then, I did have so many options.

Oh yeah! I remember Linda asking me what she did wrong. She went on and on. My wife always tries to delete her number no matter how I tag it on my phone. She would always figure the number out and she would find out what I use to code it. My wife is so strong and she is the right woman. I love her because she didn't know who I was when I met her at the theatre. She still didn't know who I was for almost two weeks after. We just had a great conversation. My sister kept asking me how I would find somebody that would love me for who I am. I put my wife to that test. She didn't know me. It was two weeks later that people in her office asked her if she knew who her boyfriend was and they told her. She told them she didn't know and she hadn't even heard me on radio.
But Linda is doing well now; don't you feel you should have married her?
She is a nice kid. I hope she is able to find someone but she has to find the right person. She is really into what she is doing. She is an honest kid. I thought I wasn't good enough for her. I kept asking her why me. But she was really into me. I couldn't believe it. I took her for granted. I felt she could always find a fine model on the runway. But she was so really serious about me. She was in love with me. But it didn't work out. I took her for granted and I was dating another person while I was dating her. I tried to keep a relationship in Abuja, another in Warri while she was in Lagos. Ah! It was a nightmare. I wouldn't want to go through that again. I had three beautiful women at a time and I lost them all. They were all waiting. One of them knew about all the rest. She could have been the one. I hurt her so badly. She even left the country after we broke up. I felt bad. I went to the cinema to get my head together on a Saturday morning and that was where I met my wife. See how God works. Look at my kids. They are wonderful children.

I am trying. It is just that I see fish in everything I eat. I am allergic to sea food. How can somebody put fish in beans? It is just ridiculous.

Van Gaal Hopes On Mancity's Bad Form

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal believes that his team can capitalize on Manchester City's recent poor results when they go head to head at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
Last season's champions are heading into the derby on the back of a 2-1 defeat to West Ham United and a 2-1 loss at the hands of Newcastle United in the Capital One Cup.
United are currently four points behind their rivals in the league, but Van Gaal, who admits that he understands the intense rivalry between the clubs, believes that his side can grab all three points.
"This is the biggest derby that I shall manage," Van Gaal told reporters. "It is one of 38 [league] matches we have to play, but for the fans it is unbelievably big as a rivalry and I have felt that also with a lot of the players in the squad, but also especially with Ryan Giggs. When he presented the analysis on City, I felt more tension with him. It was good to see."
When asked if he expects United to win, Van Gaal said: "That is our goal, to win. It is possible, we are growing, we are developing ourselves. What we have seen of City in the last few matches was not so good. You never know."

Once-upon-a-group artistes, KC Presh once said in an interview with Saturday Punch that nothing, not even their wives, would make them separate, but just few years after KCee got married, the group separated.
KCee, interestingly, 'blew' after the break-up and became an A-list singer while Presh is still trying to find his footing.
However, McDowell, a whisky brand in Nigeria has brought together the two artistes in a historic tribute to the spirit of friendship at the Friendship Jam held at the Grandeur Events Centre.
McDowell's No. 1 is synonymous with the spirit of celebrating deep bonds of friendship. The brand has consistently followed this theme over the years.
According to the artistes, the story of their friendship continued despite their parting ways in 2011.
They said that the success and fame that came to them after 2002 as a duo is a treasured experience that they would cherish even as solo artistes.
"Our aim was to recreate history at the Friendship Jam and give a great time to all those brothers out there. When brothers are together, magic unfolds," they said.

Lillian, Nigeria's representative who was booted out just after two weeks at the ongoing Big Brother Hotshot has said that she wouldn't really know why she was evicted.
Though so many people said she tried as much as possible to clone former BBA winner, Karen, by imitating her, thinking such strategy would work for her, Lillian said she was just herself and nobody else.
"Karen is Karen and I am me. I didn't try to be like her at all. I didn't use any strategy in the house. I was just myself," she said.
Even as she spent a short while in the house, Lillian is optimistic that the platform would shoot her up in the entertainment industry.
"It doesn't matter that my stay was short but I believe I will be more known now. I am an actress. I intend to start a talk show. I know that my place in the entertainment industry is not limited," she said.

Former Deputy National Chairman (South West)) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olabode George has said former Lagos State governor and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has apologised to him over the ignoble roles he (Tinubu) played in his unjust incarceration.
He added that both of them are now friends and he no longer harbours any ill-feelings towards Tinubu and others who masterminded his imprisonment at Kiri-kiri over allegations of contract splitting.
It will be recalled that George alongside some principal officers of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) were sentenced in 2009 to 30 months imprisonment by Justice Olubunmi Oyewole of a Lagos High Court in Ikeja. The Supreme Court later gave him a clean bill of health.
In several interviews he granted upon his release, George had always accused Tinubu of being the arrow head of those who plotted his downfall.
Both men always avoided each other at public functions.
But George told journalists on Thursday that both he and Tinubu have mended fences after the APC leader publicly apologised to him at Ibadan during the funeral rites of late businessman, Arisekola Alao.
"Tinubu is now my friend. We don't quarrel again. He has apologized to me. He apologized publicly at Adamasingba stadium dring the burial of Arisekola- Alao".
" He came to me publicly and said I am sorry in the full glare of those present. I said it is all over anmd wer shook hands. I thank God that at least I didn't die in prison" he said.

He alleged that the Speaker was one of the targets of snipers being purportedly groomed by agents of the government.
It would be recalled that sometimes ago, former President; Chief Olusegun Obasanjo had accused the President of grooming snipers and had about 1,000 Nigerians under watchlist.
