Free-scoring Dolphin's Fc striker Emem Eduok hopes to get his first cap after earning Super Eagles Call-up.

Nigeria Professional Football League goal-machine Emem Eduok can't stop smiling at the moment as the god of Football seem to reside in his abode and hopes to finally get his first Super Eagles cap.

The journey to the Super Eagles started when he was drafted as a last minute replacement for Stoke City of England forward Victor Moses following his impressive run of form in the league as well as the Federation Cup. He was keen to show that he Call-up was not accidental when he terrorized the defenders of Nembe City Fc scoring a double hat-trick in 90 minutes of Football, before he went on to equal former Kaduna United hit Jude Aneke's record of 20 league goals.

Super Eagles returnee coach Stephen Keshi, whom we understand is a friend of the NPFL, has recognized the feat of the Dolphin Fc goal monster, handing him another call-up ahead of the international friendly game against the Black stars of Ghana to commission the New Akwa Ibom stadium and also naming the hit man in his Super Eagles 23-man short list for the all important AFCON qualifying matches against Congo and South Africa, Incidentally new Eagles star Emem Eduok is from Akwa ibom state.

Defenders: Elderson Echiejile, Juwon Oshaniwa, Efe Ambrose, Solomon Kwambe, Godfrey Oboabona, Kenneth Omeruo and Azubuike Egwuekwe.

Midfielders: John Mikel Obi, Ogenyi Onazi, Hope Akpan, Raheem Lawal, Omatsone Aluko and Tony Edjomari.
