Football enthusiasts in Ibadan can once again watch their favourite club, Shooting Stars play in the Nigeria Professional football League after the oluyole warriors gained promotion back to the top flight.

Shooting stars coach Franklin Howard shed tears uncontrollable as he gained promotion for the club for the second time, having guided the team to the top flight in 2010. He said "I'm so happy today for the trust the management of the team has in me and the encouragement from the fans after my appointment here,".
"This is the second time I will gain promotion for this team and I'm happy to work here."

3sc midfielder Oladele Eweje also has this to say "I am delighted to have made history with 3SC and I promise to stay with the club in the top flight".
