Federal House of Reps candidate, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam who was paraded after being allegedly caught with 4,000 PVCs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA Enugu State, has been awarded his certificate of return by INEC.
Ujam contested for the post of member of the Federal House of Representatives, Nkanu East/West, Enugu in the just concluded 2015 elections.
He was paraded by soldiers on elections day.
