Kanu Nwankwo has lauded the recent form of Taiwo Awoniyi and feels that the Nigeria Youth
international has what it takes to become one of football's undisputed star players in future.
The 18-year-old has been scintillating so far this year helping the Nigeria U20 side win the 2015 African Youth Championship as well.as grabbing a brace that helped the Nigeria U23 team qualify for.the All African Games.
According to Papillo who is an ardent follower of the rookie,.Awoniyi is the hottest Nigerian kid and should he remain consistent, he will become a star.
"Watched him play for U17/U20 and talked to him, our hottest kid and if he keeps doing his best he will be a star. AWONIYI," Kanu wrote on his Twitter handle.
