Reports reaching BlackBox Nigeria has it that talented crooner and father of four, Abolore Alexandra Akande popularly known as 9ice has been made a Special Adviser to the Oyo state Governor.
Although his portfolio cannot be immediately ascertained but the singer has been receiving congratulatory messages on social media which he has been acknowledging.
9ice recently sought for the ticket of the All Progressive Congress(APC) but stepped down before the primary elections. His support for the party has apparently paid off. He is now expected to help the Governor who is seeking a second term in office garner votes ahead of Saturday's Guber polls.
