This picture, taken 51 years ago, is of legendary American boxer, Muhammad Ali, and a crowd of youngsters who met him on his arrival in Lagos, Nigeria, in 1964. Ali is wearing a brown and white striped Agbada. He is even captured beating a traditional yoruba drum.
He was at this time the undisputed champion of the world having defeated former champion Sonny Liston at the age of 22.
