Fresh reports coming in has it that Chris Giwa has withdrawn his case against the Nigerian Football Federation following a meeting with president Goodluck Jonathan.

We understand that the Justice Ambrose Allogao Chaired Jos Federal High Court has however striked out the case against NFF president Amaju Pinnick and his Executive Committee.
The LMC has reported that the court had strike out the case against Amaju and his board upon notice of discontinuance. BlackBox Nigeria will keep you posted has Fifa's 12pm, Friday deadline is fast at hand.

In a related development, it has been confirmed that President Jonathan has called for the reinstatement of sacked Super Eagles president, Steven Keshi. It was disclosed that GEJ made this order after meeting with NFF President Amaju Pinnick and Chris Giwa in a closed door meeting in Abuja.

This obviously is a government interference so it is expected that Fifa might raise an eyebrow.

BBN would keep you posted on developments.
