On Tuesday, Forbes released a new report on People Who Make More Money Than Us, this time in the 2014 “Women in Music” edition. Unsurprisingly, Beyoncé has shimmied to the top of the list thanks to her lucrative 'On the Run' tour with hubby; Jay Z, which made her $51 million more than runner-up Taylor Swift. What is surprising, however, is just how many buckets of cash the singer/songwriter/Earth goddess amassed between June 2013 and June 2014.

Beyoncé’s 12-month earnings equal $115 million, according to Forbes, which also included Bey’s endorsement deals in the estimate. This means that Bey made over 3,000 times what the average full-time, year-round working U.S. female made in 2012, according to U.S.Census Bureau numbers.


 (For comparison purposes, Bey also made more than 2,300 times what the average full-time, year-round male worker made in 2012.) Bey’s fortune would even grow higher later this month when the singer releases a platinum-edition box set of last year’s self-titled album, which includes two new songs.

Forbes’s list of top female earners in the music industry is rounded out by Taylor Swift ($64 million), Pink ($52 million), Rihanna ($48 million), and Katy Perry ($40 million).
