How I Scripted My Marriage Proposal And Got a YES
My name is RABIU Qawiyy Adebayo (KORWEEY), the godson of the Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly (8th Assembly), Hon. S.O.B. Agunbiade. I finally proposed to Yewande Adeola AJOSE (YEWIS) the daughter of the M.D/C.E.O D'Jos Group of Hotels on 14th of June, 2015, and this was what I did.
June 8, 2015 (Planning Begins)
It was a cold Monday morning with wet grounds. The cloud was thick ready for another down-pour, the weather was soothing to my soul, creating that much desired "weather for two". However, I was lonely making me realize the importance of 'Her'. This one Lady of essence, the 'She' who occupies a definite space in my heart. It dawn on me, I might me staying to much out of line and needed to keep her permanently close.
She's such an amazing lady. The first day I met her, I knew she was divinely made even though I have never doubted God's sculptures, but she is a unique work of art. Irresistible, sensational and sufficiently packed with ecstasy that keeps her body merry and fresh. Quintessence of the African Queen I called her.
I decided to stepped up my bid to have her. Planning from June 8th through to June 13th, 2015. With the help of friends and colleagues, we planned a remarkable and memorable propose game to this Angel. All we needed was a "fake friend's birthday" party.
June 14th, 2015 (D-Day)

Exactly 7 days after I woke up and felt the radiating splendour of nature - it was drizzling and windy but we set out to execute the plans.

The venue was Destiny Castle Hotel and by 4pm, the guests were already arriving in their numbers. Just as planned, it appeared to most people like a birthday party for a good friend of ours but to few a Proposal night.
The bride-to-be drove in late with the cake as the Baker (we actually contracted her to bake the cake), unknown to her it was her proposal cake which she thought was made for a birthday party.
After dropping the cake, she like every other guest sat by the pool side. Around that time few friends came down from the hall with a placard carrying ADEOLA WILL YOU MARRY with myself holding the placard ME. She was so embarrassed and completely lost in the unfolding event.
While she was trying to get herself together, her best friend also came in with the placard "WILL" with a Necklace, My own best friend came in with another placard baring "YOU" and a Pendant, then my fiancée's best male friend came with "MARRY" and earrings while I was on my knee with the ring and the placard "ME".
Aftermath
Guess what! She said a YES with her sonorous voice. A YES that only I could hear. It was the Seventh hour of the evening, my happiest hour as a young man. She gave me a passionate kiss and a warm hug.
I'm glad to finally have to myself the lady I have spent ages looking for. In our imperfections and in the tunnel of conflicts, we have been able to walked out this abiding intimacy. ADEOLA AJOSE, you might be reading this, You are the best thing that has ever happened to ME. I LOVE YOU.
